Welcome to Eorava. These terms cover the rules for using our website and buying from us. By browsing or ordering, you accept them.

Who we are

Eorava sources and sells raw, infused, and comb honey along with other hive products. In these terms, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Eorava; “you” and “your” refer to the person using the site.

How the order becomes a contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. The order-received email you get right after payment is a receipt, not our acceptance. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the order and send you the dispatch confirmation — until that point either side can back out. If we can't fulfil an order (item genuinely out of stock, incorrect price, delivery pincode we can't reach), we'll refund you in full.

Who can buy from us

You must be able to enter a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 — this excludes minors (below 18) unless a parent or guardian is placing the order on their behalf and taking responsibility.

Prices and product information

We try hard to keep photos, descriptions, weights, and prices accurate. Raw honey varies naturally in colour and crystallisation batch to batch — the picture is representative, not a guarantee of identical appearance. Prices, availability, and specifications can change without prior notice.

Payment, shipping, and returns

Your account

Keep your login credentials safe. You're responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it's been compromised. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud, abuse, or in ways that harm other customers.

What's allowed on the site

You may browse, buy, and share our public pages. You may not scrape the site at high volume, resell content, reverse-engineer the app, or use the site to send spam or harmful code.

Intellectual property

Photos, illustrations, product descriptions, logos, and page layouts on this site are ours (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright. Please don't republish or resell them without written permission.

Reviews and comments

Reviews you post are your own opinion. By posting, you confirm you have the right to publish that content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our site. We can remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or clearly fake.

Limitation of liability

We're responsible for each jar's condition at delivery (covered by our Exchange Policy), but not for issues caused by storage after delivery, mishandling, or force majeure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority in India.
