What we collect

• Account details — your name, mobile number, email, and delivery address, when you sign up or place an order.
• Order and payment details — items purchased, amount paid, delivery address, and a transaction reference from Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or bank password.
• Device and usage data — browser type, IP address, and pages visited, collected via cookies to keep the site secure and to spot broken flows.

How we use it

• Process and deliver your orders, and share the delivery address with our shipping partner (Shiprocket) to reach you.
• Send order confirmations, dispatch updates, and OTPs — over WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Respond when you contact us for support.
• Understand which products and pages people use so we can improve the site.
• Send occasional offers or new-arrival updates, only if you've opted in.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the store:

• Razorpay — to accept payments.
• Shiprocket and their partner couriers — to ship your order.
• Our hosting provider, which stores our servers and databases.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember what's in your cart, and see anonymous usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some features (like staying logged in) will stop working if you do.

How we protect it

Traffic to and from our site is encrypted with HTTPS. Auth tokens are stored in httpOnly cookies so third-party scripts can't read them. Payment data is handled directly by Razorpay under PCI-DSS. Our data storage practices comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Your choices

• You can view or update your profile from My Account.
• You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing us — order records may be retained where required by tax or accounting law.
• You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or writing to us.
